Job Description
Title: Vice President of Human Resources
Location: Indianapolis Indiana
Mission: Our client is a leading manufacturer of frozen food products supplying some of the largest restaurant chains in North America. The mission for the Vice President of Human Resources is to lead all HR initiatives and functions for an organization employing approximately 400 people in a 24/7 facility. In this highly visible, strategic role you will develop policies and programs for effective management of employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee complaints, and career development; identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop programs for filling those gaps; develop a progressive and proactive compensation and benefits program; provide executive coaching; handle sensitive issues; and develop and manage a team of direct reports.

• Base salary range $160,000 to $180,000

Job Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field plus ongoing certifications.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment. Food industry experience a plus.
• HR subject matter expert, including experience structuring pay grades and benefit negotiations.
• Strong budgeting skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
